Company Name has developed a policy against harassment and a reporting system for workers who have been subject to or witnessed harassment to reaffirm this commitment. This policy applies to all work-related locations.

Attendance
Company Name’s usual work week will consist of five seven-hour days. Monday through Friday, work hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employees may request the ability to change their work schedules to better accommodate personal obligations. The employee's supervisor shall establish the hours of employment that best suit the demands of the work to be done by the individual employee.
Health and Safety
Company Name is made up of employer and employee representatives who are in charge of making recommendations for workplace safety and health improvements. The committee is also in charge of detecting dangers and risky work practices, removing roadblocks to incident prevention, and assisting with its accident and illness prevention program evaluation.
All employees at Company Name are expected and encouraged to take part in safety and health program activities such as reporting hazards, unsafe work practices, and accidents to their supervisors or a safety committee representative as soon as possible; wearing required personal protective equipment; and participating in and supporting safety committee activities.
Payroll and Benefits
At Company Name, every two weeks, you will be paid (biweekly). After the last working day of the pay period, all pay checks for two weeks will be distributed within five working days. Unless otherwise specified, paychecks are deposited directly into individual employee checking or savings accounts.
