Company Name’s usual work week will consist of five seven-hour days. Monday through Friday, work hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employees may request the ability to change their work schedules to better accommodate personal obligations. The employee's supervisor shall establish the hours of employment that best suit the demands of the work to be done by the individual employee.
Unlimited Vacation Days
There are unlimited vacation days for all employees at Company’s Name who wish to request a day off for any reason. With that being said, all vacation days should be discussed with the employee’s supervisor in advance and within a reasonable time-frame to avoid work disruptions.
There is no explanation needed for any request to take day(s) away from work. Company Name takes pride in providing a healthy work-life balance for all employees.
Overtime
Overtime compensation is paid to employees who work more than 40 hours in a workweek. On the request of an employee's supervisor, overtime can be documented. Overtime will be paid in the pay period following the pay period during which the overtime was earned.
