Mid-Year Mood Review

Let's be honest, anyone who started tracking mood at the beginning of 2020 was not expecting such a rollercoaster. Like many, I was optimistic for a new decade. 2020 felt so futuristic, so refreshing. I still have high hopes for the 20's. As for the immediate future, my hopes are rather low.
I'm planning to track my mood through the entire year in order to better understand what is making my poor days poor and what I need to do to fix them - hence, the "cause" property. For the mid-year point, I thought I'd make a collective review of 2020 so far.
I believe my flip-flop in mood from "Tense" to "Happy" often was due to:
  1. A majority of my tense days resulted from health worries and a lack of income.
  1. Realizing all I have despite my worries, and being surrounded by immediate family lifted my mood.

🥶I would classify this year so far as TENSE. 🥶

I Implemented An Extra Formula To The Database

I want to compare how many "positive" to "negative" days I had in 2020 so far. The most common mood may be negative, but the following three are positive and this shows me that my overall mood is rather "glass half full."
The Formula → (prop("Mood") == "Happy" or prop("Mood") == "Reflective" or prop("Mood") == "Humorous" or prop("Mood") == "Neutral" or prop("Mood") == "Calm" or prop("Mood") == "Hopeful" or prop("Mood") == "Elated" or prop("Mood") == "Thankful") ? "✅Positive" : "⭕️Negative"

Positive Days: 56%
Negative Days: 44%
