Notion has unique terminology that is mentioned by the app's content creators. If you're brand new to the program, these terms can be a bit confusing. Here are a few common ones.

A Notion page is divided into blocks. Essentially, every use of ENTER starts a new block. These blocks have unique links and a menu for customization.
Section
A type of Database View that sorts information based off a select/multi-select property.
KanBan
A command that creates a navigation populated by the current page, parent page, grandparent page, and furthest page from the current. If a breadcrumb is more than 4 pages, every page between great-grandparent and the furthest page is hidden.
Navigation
A function that creates a colored block with a text field inside and customizable emoji. This is usually used for text that is considered important.
An entry (page) inside a database. This term is used primarily to refer to entries inside Boardview or gallery due to its rectangular shape.
Page, Entry, Row
The result of a function that lets you view one database in a hnadful of different ways (calendar, table, Boardview, gallery, Timeline, list)
View
A Property function that allows the selection of MULTIPLE tags in a cell.
Each property is a "column" in a table Database View. Find in Notion's database header.
Column, Field
A Property function that can only be used inside a database that has a Relation. The user can create a window to view more than one property from a connected database.
A Property function that allows for the selection of ONE tag in a cell.
A function that aids automation and makes life easier inside Notion. A pre-filled block, set of blocks or Property (ies).
A page that can be shared via the "share" link at the top right hand corner of the page. Templates can be duplicated by other users.
Share
Section of the sidebar that can be accessed by all authorized workspace members. Also used to explain a user's entire "Notion system/space."
